Mujibar was trying to get a job..

The Personnel Manager said, "Mujibar, you have passed all the tests, except one. Unless you pass it, you cannot qualify for this job.’

Mujibar said, "I am ready.’

The manager said, "Make a sentence using the words Yellow, Pink and Green.’

Mujibar thought for a few minutes and said, "Mister manager, I am ready’

The manager said, "Go ahead...’

Mujibar said, "The telephone goes green, green, and I pink it up, and say,’Yellow’, this is Mujibar.’

Mujibar now works at a call centre.

No doubt you have spoken to him. I know I have.

^i saw this joke on Y!A before but i never seemed to understand it..can you guys explain it to me

Well, it is a spoof on the awful English spoken by some of the call center people! 'Green, green' is supposed to be ring, ring! 'Pink' it up = pick it up! 'Yellow' = Hello!!!.

Instead of sayin "The telephone goes ring ring and I pick it up, and say,’hello this is Mujibar, he said "The telephone goes green, green, and I pink it up, and say,’Yellow’, this is Mujibar

lately lots of telephone worker people are foreign and you cant understand what they are saying so when he says "The telephone goes green, green, and i pink it up, and say 'Yellow', this is Mujibar."

he really means, "The telephone goes ring, ring, and i pick it up and say 'Hello', this is Mujibar

It's making fun of the fact that many employees who work at call centers and customer service are foreign/ethnic and have an accent, and their words can sound like something else. As in the joke, "Green" is supposed to sound like "ring", "pink" sounds like "pick", and "Yellow" sounds like "hello".

It's goofing on Indian peoples' accents. Green, green is really ring, ring. Pink is really pick. Yellow is really hello. Hope I helped.

it's saying that often, people who work in call centres are in India and have accents that are difficult to understand and can't understand or speak simple English.
