and sits there from open to close. He does not drink anything but his water, nor is he in any kind of alcohol recovery program, he also does not order any food because he has a bad heart and can't eat greasy bar food. He is not related to the bartender in any way, and the bartender has a sign posted on the bar saying no loitering. When the bartender closes the bar down for the night, the man leaves. Explain the situation.
