He does not drink anything but his water, nor is he in any kind of alcohol recovery program, he also does not order any food because he has a bad heart and can't eat greasy bar food. He is not related to the bartender in any way, and the bartender has a sign posted on the bar saying no loitering. When the bartender closes the bar down for the night, the man leaves. Explain the situation.
